Sports Betting — General Rules:
- A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 6v77 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system errors or connectivity issues may be voided.
- 6v77 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly displayed in error (palpable error). Where a palpable error is identified, the bet will be settled at the correct odds or voided at 6v77's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds or facilitating any illegal financial activity.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting errors in the Platform's software, odds feeds, or payment processing systems for financial gain. Any winnings generated from exploited errors are void.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game format available on the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). 6v77 will provide advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees, where applicable, are applied monthly at a rate not exceeding ৳100 per month. Dormancy fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, all pending bets that have been accepted and remain open will stand and be settled according to the applicable rules. Winnings from any open bets will be credited and made available for withdrawal prior to the account being fully closed.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from account closure must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure event. 6v77 will acknowledge the dispute within three business days and aim to provide a full response within ten business days.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6v77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 6v77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 6v77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
